Hatha Yoga

What most people refer to as simply yoga is actually Hatha Yoga. This particular system of yoga is the most popular one, and it is from which several other Styles of Yoga originated Hatha Yoga tries to achieve balance between body and mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation.

The Practice of Yoga can help you prepare your mind and body for labor and birth as this helps you focus, to concentrate and keep you healthy. The Yoga Postures are gentle ways of keeping your body active and supple and minimize the common Pregnancy Symptoms like morning sickness and constipation

Aqua Fit

A fantastic all rounder. Using every muscle in the body Aqua Aerobics promotes increased fitness, strength, tone and flexibility.

S.T.O.T.T. Pilates

STOTT PILATES exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. This involves placing more emphasis on pelvic and scapular stabilization, and integration of all the parts of the body into one. As well, preparatory exercises and modifications allow the technique to be appropriate for many different body types and abilities, making it applicable to sport-specific training and everyday life.
